## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Dulwich Simply Food store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working late nights to keep our stores running smoothly.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 15:00-23:00

- Thursday: 15:00-23:00

- Friday: 15:00-23:00

- Saturday: 15:00-23:00

**Important Notes:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This job role involves working late nights, so applicants must be over 18 years old.

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage stock and deliveries to ensure the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

- Work across the wider store where needed, adapting to the pace and demands of retail.

- Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.

- Collaborate with colleagues across the store to maintain a smooth operation.

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools.
