## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Bristol, Avon. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their queries, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and presented.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported

- Assist customers with their queries, and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers and driving sales

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment

- Operate digital tools to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency

- Perform tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays
