We're looking for a Head of Logistics Operations Europe to lead our internal logistics operations across Europe. This is a newly created leadership role reporting to the Director Global Logistics, designed to strengthen our logistics capability during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

### Responsibilities

- Lead and develop Oatly's European Logistics Operations team, creating an environment where people can grow, perform, and thrive.

- Own day-to-day logistics execution across Europe, covering warehousing, transportation, operational performance, and escalations.

- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, driving quick decisions and effective resolution across markets and functions.

- Represent Logistics in cross-functional forums and collaborate closely with Planning, Customer Operations, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Commercial teams and Markets.

- Drive performance management through clear KPIs, operational reviews, budget accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strengthen processes, ways of working, and operational capabilities to support Oatly's ambitious growth plans.

- Partner closely with colleagues responsible for supplier management, exports, and logistics development to create a seamless logistics operation.

- Ensure logistics operations consistently meet service, OTIF, quality, food safety, cost, and sustainability requirements.

### Requirements

- 10+ years of experience within logistics operations, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or a related field.

- Proven leadership experience, including leading and developing teams in complex operational environments.

- Strong experience managing logistics operations across multiple European markets.

- The ability to move seamlessly between operational detail and strategic thinking.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage both operational teams and senior business leaders.

- Experience driving performance, governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

- Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to act in fast-paced situations.

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.

- Fluency in English.
