## Description

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant to join our Digital Platforms team.

As a consultant, you will lead Fit-to-Template workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to align business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions.

- Demonstrate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution walkthroughs.

- Provide functional expertise and solution guidance for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution processes.

- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities in accordance with business requirements and template standards.

- Identify process gaps, assess business impacts, and recommend optimal solution approaches.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.

- Support integration activities across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules.

- Assist in the preparation and execution of Integration Testing (ITC), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

- Provide defect resolution support during testing cycles and hypercare phases.

- Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training to ensure successful business adoption.

- Work closely with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations for production planning and scheduling processes.

Requirements:

- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects with 3+ end to end implementation experience.

- Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes.

- Experience in Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshop facilitation.

- Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
