## Description

SpaceXAI seeks an experienced BSA/AML Investigator to detect, prevent, and report financial crimes as part of the Legal & Compliance Team.

The role involves maintaining an effective BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program for X Money, focusing on the 5 pillars of an effective program.

**Responsibilities:**

- Investigate and resolve complex alerts and cases from transaction monitoring systems.

- Prepare, review, and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

- Assist with KYC and onboarding matters.

- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk users and transactions.

- Help tune and optimize transaction monitoring rules.

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams.

- Stay updated on evolving BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and financial crime trends.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of experience in AML, preferably in fintech or banking.

- Familiarity with digital payments and financial crime risks.

- Experience preparing SARs and knowledge of BSA/AML laws.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory bodies and their guidelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Adaptability to evolving technologies and regulations.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- $125,000 - $145,000 USD
