## Description

As a Lead Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and own the product vision, roadmap, and performance outcomes for major Design Home initiatives. You’ll guide a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, analysts, and artists to drive growth, engagement, and profitability across our live service.

## What you'll do

- Lead the forecasting, experimentation, and optimization of core performance funnels, including retention, monetization, and engagement.

- Analyze player behavior and game data to uncover insights, unmet needs, and high-impact opportunities for growth.

## What you need

- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within mobile gaming or live-service products.
