## Description

TGR Haas F1 Team, a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, is seeking a Junior Composite Design Engineer to join their team in Maranello, Italy.

The role involves supporting day-to-day operations within the composite design department, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting design studies for the initial concept stage of the car design program

- Having a knowledge of the F1 technical regulations

- Owning and completing design projects for various composite-related assemblies

- Carrying out day-to-day tasks efficiently and within agreed timescales

- Building positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

- Adhering to relevant legislation, organisational policies, and internal controls

The ideal candidate will have:

- A GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent

- An internship or Formula Student experience in a motorsport environment

- A Mechanical Engineering degree with knowledge of composite materials

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team

- Resilience and composure in high-pressure environments

The role requires flexibility, including extended hours, travel, and weekend work during race seasons or critical development phases.
