## Description

ICON is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant (Project Finance- Financial Planning & Analysis) to join their team. The finance business partnering group provides financial and consulting services to add value, direction, and leadership to the business.

**Project Ownership**

- Ownership of Study E2E: analyse financial and operational metrics, discuss with Project Manager, and report to Vice President

- External Reporting to Sponsor: monthly and quarterly reporting, including budgets and forecasts

- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, energy, responsiveness, decision-making, and effectiveness

- Assist Manager of Finance or Director of Finance in preparing reports and monitoring Work Orders

- Develop, prepare, and maintain monthly revenue financial forecasts and budget reconciliations

- Analyse business unit financial results and key Performance indicators

- Identify key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio

- Build strong working relationships with the Project Management group

- Support pre-close review of Revenue and preparation of ad-hoc management presentations

**Experience, Skills & Knowledge Requirement:**

- Ability to interpret data and convert between formats

- Numerate with financial understanding

- Exposure to Project Revenue Business

- Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, especially Excel

- Prior experience in Oracle Financial systems, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI, etc. is an advantage

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Desire to continue financial education (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant financial education)

- Experience in Financial Analysis and planning preferred

**Educational Requirements:**

- Completed Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent

- Professional Accountancy Qualification (CA/ CMA/CPA/ CWA) is a must

- 4+ years of Post Qualification Experience
