## Responsibilities

- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.

- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.

- Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

- Celebrate every victory along the way.

## Qualifications

- Current State license as a Physical Therapist.

- CPR certification.

- Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program, required. Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate's degree in either physical therapy or management area is preferred.

- A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience is required.

- Active on Therapy Clinical ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
