## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Monday to Saturday, 04:00 - 08:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

The role involves working early mornings, and an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
