## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to support the full implementation lifecycle of the Salesforce industry-specific Healthcare Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions that meet client needs. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and building the Salesforce industry-specific Healthcare Cloud

- Driving Enterprise AI Architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments

- Leading technical design sessions and architecting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives

- Championing an AI-first delivery methodology, utilizing advanced AI tools and developer assistants

- Collaborating with internal team members to help customers increase the value of their Salesforce Industry products and services

- Designing ground-breaking technical solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business requirements

- Leading and mentoring development and QA teams on projects

- Application design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects

- Ensuring that systems accurately meet defined business expectations and that proper testing is implemented

- Creating and delivering CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE technologies

- Advocating and implementing standard process development methodology to drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions

- Identifying and leading internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contributing to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions

- 2+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility

- Demonstrated ability in the Healthcare domain

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Experience in designing and developing software components, with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background

- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience

- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, APEX, J2EE, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML

- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch

- Knowledge in LWC and strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com controls
