Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Job Details:**

- Work Pattern: Thursday 19:00-23:00, Saturday 18:00-22:00, Sunday 16:00-20:00

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- **£3.00 p/h unsocial premium added on hours worked between 22:00-06:00**

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
