As an Assistant Manager, Operational Strategy, you will play a high-impact role within Grab, focusing on improving marketplace and operational efficiency across the platform, making the experience faster, more reliable, and more efficient for all parties involved.

**Critical Tasks:**

- Data-Driven Insight Generation: Own the analytical workstream, independently building queries, constructing dashboards, and conducting deep dives to surface insights that drive decision-making.

- Policy Development & Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing platform policies through data analysis, and develop or iterate on policies that are fair, operationally sound, and improve outcomes for users on the platform.

- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects from problem framing through to implementation and measurement, aligning stakeholders across teams.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Strategy, Business Analyst, or Consulting.

- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently write complex queries to extract and analyze large datasets.

- Proven ability to interpret data, identify gaps within current processes, and devise and implement strategic improvement plans.

- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.
