## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Torbay as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver five-star service. You'll be a brand ambassador, making food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, even during busy periods

- Be digitally confident, using tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintain high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities

The role involves working flexible hours, including Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
