## Description

We are seeking an Agile Product Management Associate Advisor to oversee the decomposition of business vision and process flow into tangible MVPs, writing and modifying complex technical functional requirements for products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Proactively understand the business case and desired future state

- Focus on continuous learning and adopt a probe and learn approach

- Leverage knowledge of the product's value stream and system interactions to identify when new features or product changes are needed

- Break down problems into requirements and understand well-rounded requirements (functional and non-functional)

- Communicate stakeholder goals and expected outcomes to the engineering team and write definition-of-ready user stories

- Facilitate product backlog grooming sessions and maintain the product technical roadmap

- Build relationships with business and technology partners to establish a circle of trust

- Have overall ownership of a defined capability or technical product area

- Cultivate trusted relationships with Business, BAT, and Technology partners

- Lead sprint planning, story refinement, and feature elaboration sessions

- Actively participate in planning sessions and ensure the team's work creates iterative value

- Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and conflicts

- Identify, monitor, and communicate technical product health metrics and KPIs

- Manage allocation of team capacity to ensure appropriate levels are utilized

- Leverage agility tools (e.g., Jira) to optimize team performance

**Qualifications:**

- 8-11 years of experience in software development or maintenance

- College degree (Bachelor) in a related technical or business area

- Agile experience, preferably Agile SAFe certified

- Experience with JIRA, Jira Align, Aha Product, Draw IO, MPP

- Exposure to data modeling, data analysis, and test data creation

- Proven experience in product roadmap and backlog creation

- Ability to analyze Java, Cobol, PL/SQL programs

- Strong cross-team collaboration and facilitation skills

- Expertise in PBM or Healthcare domain

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
