## Description

We are seeking a Consultant - Visualization to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full CGI production workflow, including modeling, lighting, texturing, shading, look development, scene management, compositing, and post-production.

- Deliver photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for architectural, engineering, and digital projects.

- Develop and manage real-time rendering and immersive environments using AR/VR platforms.

- Create branded client presentations that integrate renders, diagrams, and storytelling.

- Support the design team in developing UI/UX layouts and prototypes for digital platforms.

- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to visualize concepts effectively.

- Maintain consistency by ensuring all visuals align with project branding, design narrative, and technical accuracy.

- Research, experiment with, and apply AI-driven visualization tools to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.

- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend interfaces.

- Develop backend services, APIs, and database structures using modern frameworks.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud components.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to implement user-centered features.

- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and integration issues.

- Participate in Agile workflows, sprint planning, and Jira-based task tracking.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.

- Maintain clear technical documentation and system architecture notes.

Qualifications:

- Graduated in architecture or art, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience producing architectural or engineering renderings.

- Proven experience in architectural and engineering visualization, with a strong portfolio of 3D renders, design presentations, and preferably videos or simulations.

- Mastery in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape and Rhino.

- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.

- Skilled in presentation design tools: PowerPoint, InDesign, Keynote.

- Strong artistic eye for materials, lighting, and composition, with technical accuracy in representing engineering or architectural systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enhance visualization quality.

- Experience in AR/VR renderings to create immersive visualization outputs.

- Knowledge of parametric and generative design platforms.

- Ability to visualize engineering data.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools.
