Ready to accelerate your Finance career? Join one of the UK's biggest retailers and gain hands-on finance experience while studying towards a professional CIMA accountancy qualification.

Our 3-year Finance Graduate role is functionally led, so you'll develop deep expertise while rotating through a range of specialisms – including Controllership, Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Specialist Finance teams such as Tax Treasury and Investor Relations. Through a series of structured placements, you'll build your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership capability, taking on significant responsibility as your career progresses.

At the same time, you'll study towards your CIMA accounting qualification with Kaplan Financial, working towards becoming a Chartered Management Accountant while applying your learning in a real business environment from day one.

**Responsibilities**

- Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities

- Providing analysis and insight to support key business decisions

- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve performance

- Supporting month-end reporting and financial control processes

- Identifying risks and opportunities through data analysis

- Contributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement projects

- Producing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

- Helping to maintain robust financial governance and controls
