## Description

We are seeking a Home Manager to join our team at Druid Stoke Care Home in Bristol. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities whilst effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- To be a clinician with strong management experience and ideally an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification

- To know how to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with a strong commercial acumen and strategic mind

- The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements

- To be an effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style
