## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting people's rights against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We're seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Case Control Center team in Longwood, Florida.

The Compliance Department operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and we're looking for a customer service professional who can work anytime during those business hours. As a Compliance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls

- Gather medical treatment documentation

- Review and analyze files to identify actionable tasks

- Communicate with medical providers to confirm or follow up on client treatment

- Communicate with existing clients to gather treatment details

- Enter information accurately into our system/software

- Compose email correspondence to providers and legal staff

- Collaborate with leadership and team members to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; college preferred

- Professional communication skills

- Adaptability in an ever-changing environment

- Multitasking and quick learning abilities

- Team-oriented with excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills

- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

- Prior medical or case management experience preferred

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
