## Description

Join IQVIA's Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team as a Recruitment Specialist. You will work closely with Life Sciences clients to provide flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success. Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the entire recruitment process (end-to-end) for pharmaceutical sales positions

- Identifying and acquiring top talent through business networks, social media, job boards, and specialized channels

- Developing and maintaining a qualified talent pool with a focus on medical sales and pharmaceutical distribution

- Collaborating with sales managers and clients to provide proactive advice and fill vacancies precisely

- Guiding candidates through the entire process and ensuring transparent communication and regular reporting

- Participating in larger recruitment projects and identifying new trends and innovative sourcing strategies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A completed commercial training program or university degree

- Proven experience in recruitment or personnel placement, ideally in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry

- A good understanding of the pharmaceutical market structures and requirements for a modern, successful sales force

- Demonstrable knowledge and a reliable network in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on pharmacy sales and OTC market

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong MS Office and IT skills, as well as good English language proficiency

- Organizational and goal-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills
