## Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical IP Program Manager, Staff to join our team in Tokyo, Japan.

You will act as the main contact for customers on IP programs, manage project schedules and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams globally, identify and mitigate project risks, report progress to leadership and customers, and improve project management processes.

The impact you will have includes accelerating customer SoC product and High Speed, Serdes IP launches, reducing risk and improving delivery success, enhancing Synopsys' reputation with key customers, driving adoption of Synopsys IP, shaping internal best practices, and mentoring and supporting your team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- BSEE or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience

- Expertise in SoC design, high-speed IP, Serdes, and IC manufacturing

- Strong program/project management skills

- Experience working with customers

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

You will be part of the Program Management Office within Silicon IP, collaborating globally with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
