## Description

The Area On Premise Manager is responsible for the On Premise volume and development of the Red Bull brand in the assigned region. The role involves leading a team, managing resources, and achieving business plan objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the On Premise strategy

- Manage and optimize resources to achieve business objectives

- Train and develop the Musketeer team

- Build relationships with key On Premise partners

- Ensure premium On Premise activation and event execution

- Monitor customer incentives and competitor activity

- Manage the regional On Premise budget

- Conduct training sessions and coaching for the Musketeer team

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, or similar

- 3-4 years of sales experience

- 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry

- Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
