## Description

As the Senior Project Manager on Digital Banking’s Well-Managed Team, you will work directly with leaders in product, tech, design, and the enterprise to develop, deliver, and sustain our digital banking well-managed agenda.

You will leverage your project, process, and risk management skills to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and Metrics for digital platform releases as well as BAU to all LOB heads and other stakeholders

- Streamlined management and oversight for compliance, process, risk and regulatory reporting impacting the program

- Vendor Management Support

- Operational Monitoring & Control Testing

- Quality & Remediation

The Successful Candidate:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management

- At least 2 years of experience supporting platform governance, compliance activities, or operational controls for internal business platforms

- At least 2 years of experience in Risk Controls or Auditing

- At least 2 years of experience working with analytical, data management, or software engineering teams

- At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite

- At least 1 year of experience using AI Tools (Claude, Gemini)

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
