## Description

We are seeking a (Junior) Construction Project Manager to join our construction team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various tasks as a representative of the client. Your goal will be to create exceptional facilities for different business areas and tackle challenging projects in the coming years.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assemble and lead project teams

- Manage projects independently

- Coordinate with authorities and obtain necessary permits

- Budget and manage costs for construction projects

- Conduct negotiations, prepare price quotes, and make recommendations for awarding contracts

- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in a project

- Lead construction and project management

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of experience as a construction or project manager

- Completed technical education in civil engineering or a comparable degree in construction or building technology

- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking

- Good computer skills (MS Office, including MS Project) and CAD skills (AutoCAD)

- Basic knowledge of Success X or ORCA is advantageous

- Willingness to travel 30-40%

- Valid driver's license

- Assertiveness and communication skills

- Careful and structured working style

- Open and outgoing personality

- Team player
