## Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our supply integration platform, focusing on connecting third-party property management systems at scale.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will:

- Lead the evolution of a world-class supply integration platform to take the third-party supply ecosystem to a new level

- Set the third-party supply growth strategy and technical roadmap in collaboration with the cross-functional leadership team

- Set the technical and AI strategy for the platform, staying at the forefront of technology to improve its capability, efficiency, quality, and scalability

- Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing people and technical leadership across multiple projects

- Partner with cross-functional leaders as the senior technical voice, aligning priorities and driving delivery

Requirements:

- 12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment

- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field

- Significant experience navigating many internal partners across multiple teams, driving the strategy and alignment to move the business forward

- Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with a great impact

- Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles

- Technical leadership: hands-on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy, and working cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams

Nice to have: Experience with designing and building external-facing APIs and AI Agent Integration
