Key Responsibilities:

- Create lasting memories by delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards, health and sanitization protocols, and fosters a positive guest and teammate-centric culture.

- Take ownership of a consistent product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.

- Collaborate with onboard teammates to provide an outstanding guest experience, spending time with guests, developing rapport, and maintaining a professional appearance.

- Anticipate guest needs and requests, offer expertise, and provide music knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

- Ensure the prompt and correct setup, presentation, ambience, and operation of venues, responsibly using consumable items, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining assigned equipment in good condition.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of guest experience and hospitality operations.

- Have a confident yet charming, charismatic and energetic stage style, as well as a genuine passion and ability to play different styles of music.

- Provide a concise and easy to read overview of your professional experience.

- Demonstrate the candidate's personality, communication and public speaking skills through a short video presentation.
