## Description

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team at the GSK site in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France. As a Finance Business Partner, you will contribute to the management control activities for the site, including calculating production costs, participating in financial closing, establishing monthly production reports, and analysing financial variances.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Calculating production costs for each stage of production

- Participating in financial closing

- Establishing monthly production reports for the site and Group

- Supporting operational units in defining and valuing their needs

- Analysing financial variances and proposing solutions to optimise financial performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pharmaceutical production site

- Technical skills in management control

- Good knowledge of accounting and SAP software (production module)

- Advanced Excel skills

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality
