## Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $150K and $220K, with equity and bonus offers.

## How you'll make impact

You'll be the first GTM hire at T:0, building the sales engine from scratch. Your responsibilities will include:

- Running outbound sales efforts

- Triaging inbound leads

- Taking founders from initial conversation to paying customer

- Identifying effective channels for creating pipeline

- Owning the CRM and sales process end-to-end

- Selling to US-based seed-to-Series-A startups

## What we're looking for

### Essentials

- Previous experience as the first or only GTM person at a company

- Experience building a sales motion from scratch

- Comfortable selling to founders and operators at small companies

- Ability to sell across different deal shapes

- Proven track record of closing deals

### Preferred

- Experience selling fintech products

- Experience building and managing a CRM

- Experience using AI for sales automation
