## Description

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with Replit's CEO and executive team as the company scales through one of the most consequential shifts in software development. You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO , owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed.

This is a high-leverage IC role, not a team-building role. You use AI, automation, and sharp judgment to scale yourself , not headcount. You're the person the CEO turns to when something is complex, cross-functional, and needs a single owner.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team , elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-in

- Proactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO , you see around corners and close gaps

- Coordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationships

- DRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM , surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates friction

- Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function owns

- Use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale your impact: analysis synthesis, scenario modeling, status aggregation, operational monitoring

- Support the CEO's most important cross-functional initiatives , competitive positioning, pricing strategy, product economics, strategic planning , from scoping through decision

What This Role Is Not:

Growth experimentation, quarterly reporting, analytics, revenue or financial reporting, or dashboards. Those belong to Data, RevOps, Growth Marketing, Strategic Finance, etc. This is also not the start of a team , it's a single high-leverage IC designed to scale through AI, not hiring.

What We Look For:

- 7+ years in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company, with real time working alongside Product and Engineering

- You build structure where none exists and drive decisions without formal authority

- Credible across domains: Eng trusts your technical judgment, Finance and GTM trust your business rigor

- Strong quantitative chops , economic models, data interrogation, signal vs. noise

- Clear, direct communicator , executive-ready recommendations, not decks full of caveats

- Thrives independently in ambiguity , high-impact IC, not a management track

- Familiarity with technology ecosystems or business networks in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), or experience supporting international market expansion and strategic partnerships.

Nice to Haves:

- Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or automation to increase analytical and operational velocity , we'd love to hear specifics

- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML product companies

- Track record influencing executive decisions at $50M+ ARR companies

- Values clarity and momentum over process for process's sake

How We'll Know It's Working:

- Cross-functional decisions happen faster and better , with clear, attributable impact

- Stakeholders seek you out , your involvement signals quality, not overhead

- Leadership has integrated visibility into business health and acts on it
