## Description

Join our friendly, forward-thinking team at The Medical Centre, Southall, where you can make a real difference through personalised care for patients with acute and long-term conditions. We are seeking an enthusiastic GP with experience in diabetes management for eight sessions per week, with salaried or long-term locum options and job sharing considered.

The role is primarily based in Southall, with occasional cover at our W12 site. As a GP with our practice, you will be responsible for face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing acute and long-term conditions, clinical admin, and home visits.

To be eligible for this role, you must be a fully qualified GP (GMC registered, MRCGP or equivalent, NHS Performers List) with experience in diabetes management and long-term condition care. Familiarity with SystmOne is desirable.

We offer a salaried contract with a gross remuneration of £96,000 annually (£12,000 per session) or a long-term locum contract with a gross remuneration of £120,000 annually (£15,000 per session).

Our supportive multidisciplinary team includes nurses, healthcare assistants, and a dedicated reception team. Our Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) team includes pharmacists, link workers, a mental health practitioner, and paramedics, bringing a broad range of expertise to patient care.

We hold regular clinical meetings to share knowledge, discuss patient care, and support collaborative working. Strong management and a welcoming, supportive team help create a positive working environment.

Our leadership team is actively involved in the wider healthcare system, with one of our GPs serving as the local Primary Care Network (PCN) Clinical Director. We are also preparing to become a GP training practice in February 2027, reflecting our commitment to education and the development of future GPs.
