## Job Overview

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our team at xAI. You will introduce innovative techniques and analyses to the AI field, focusing on breakthroughs in quantitative reasoning and language understanding.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI techniques, including neural network architectures, language modeling, and speech recognition

- Stabilize large language model training, pipeline parallelism training, and fine-tuning with truthful data

- Collaborate with leaders to deliver impactful projects in machine learning, applied data science, recommendation systems, and information retrieval systems

- Work on hands-on technical problems, including design and implementation

- Perform research on advanced AI and deep learning techniques

## Requirements

- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field

- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation

- Experience with big data systems such as Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, and related technologies

- Knowledge of building large-scale Kubernetes clusters for data storage, processing, and analysis

- Applied machine learning techniques and deployment of large-scale deep learning systems

- Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Python programming languages

- Experience with building applications with hardware accelerators such as GPUs, TPUs
