## Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Global FX and Commodities technology team in Kraków.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with the FX business and business support functions to deliver technical solutions that meet regulatory requirements, strengthen data quality and close process gaps across existing and new system stacks.

Responsibilities:

- Build technical solutions aligned to regulatory and business requirements and target operating model outcomes

- Deliver improvements that remediate data gaps and process weaknesses impacting regulatory reporting

- Partner with FX business and business support teams to translate regulatory requirements into working software

- Provide regular feedback to IT management on changes, functions and flows needed to meet deliverables

- Manage and contribute to development activity across GFX regulatory projects

- Design and build regulatory services in line with the GFX strategic architecture

- Use AI within the software development lifecycle while validating and evaluating AI outputs

- Apply Agile methodology to plan and deliver iteratively across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements:

- Substantial IT software development experience with strong technical knowledge

- Strong Java development capability using Java 11 or later

- Build and maintain solutions using relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle or Sybase

- Develop integrations using XML, REST and messaging technologies

- Use AI effectively in SDLC with clear validation and evaluation of outputs

- Collaborate effectively with local and global teams

- Apply a strong understanding of Agile development methodology and delivery practices

- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
