## What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals.

- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.

- Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.

- Clearly explain equipment options, pricing, benefits, and available financing.

- Build trust with customers, confidently present recommendations, and ask for the sale.

- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

- Work toward established sales and revenue goals.

- Partner with installation, service, and office teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

- Represent Adam Home Services with professionalism and integrity.

- Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.

## What We're Looking For

### Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.

- Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale.

- Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.

- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

- Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment.

### Preferred Experience

- Previous Comfort Advisor or residential HVAC sales experience.

- Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

- Experience presenting financing options and monthly payment solutions.

- Experience managing company-generated leads and developing self-generated opportunities.

- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.

- Experience selling maintenance memberships or service agreements.

- Sales experience in roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement industries.

- HVAC technician experience with an interest in transitioning into sales.
