## Description

As a Patient Support Program Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting patients receiving high-cost treatments, ensuring they have access to their therapy and the support they need throughout their journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Visit public and private hospitals to support patients with administrative procedures for treatment approval

- Maintain direct contact with treating physicians and healthcare personnel

- Invite and integrate patients into the Support Program, explaining its benefits

- Provide continuous follow-up to patients via phone and CRM system

- Monitor treatment status and report adverse events to pharmacovigilance

- Verify timely delivery of treatments according to medical indications

- Prepare periodic reports on activities, expenses, and work plans

- Coordinate and schedule frequent travel outside your locality

**Requirements:**

- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (with professional ID)

- Previous experience in Patient Support Programs (essential)

- High availability for constant travel (fixed activity of the position)

- Availability of schedule and willingness to work in the field

- Total focus on service and patient care

- Experience in administrative follow-up and pharmacovigilance
