## Description

We are seeking a Field Claims Manager to lead teams within multi-site locations to ensure success in delivering quality claims outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with executive and cross-functional leaders to develop, implement, and direct strategic initiatives and complex projects with enterprise impact. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading high-level efforts with increased complexity, such as high-value/low-limit claims

- Building and maintaining an internal and external network to facilitate collaboration within claims and across the enterprise

- Interacting regularly with senior claims and enterprise leadership on claims strategy and operational outcomes

- Overseeing and directing the change strategy for the department

- Shaping the line of business strategy and formulating operational objectives

- Leveraging internal and external resources to support the business in understanding the competitive landscape and identifying new strategic opportunities

- Working within the team as a key thought partner for the claims organization

- Fostering an inclusive work environment where behaviors lead to positive operational outcomes

Requirements:

- Operational leadership, planning, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis

- Shift timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
