## Description

As a Trading Manager at Morrisons, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have a fantastic shopping experience.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions, and acting on customer feedback to keep standards high

- Managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to work flexibly across departments

- Driving performance and availability, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets

- Planning resources thoroughly, managing daily team routines, and building strong working relationships with other store departments
