## Description

Ticehurst House, located in Wadhurst, East Sussex, has an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients' wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and provide practical support and responsive care to patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting qualified staff with patient care plans and undertaking routine tasks

- Providing practical support and responsive care to patients with intimate personal needs

- Observing and monitoring patient wellbeing and referring unusual occurrences to senior staff

- Providing specific interventions with patients as delegated by a Registered Nurse
