As a RN Clinical Nurse II in the Pain Management Center, you will provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. You will report and be accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director and be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

- Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients

- Evaluating patient care and communicating relevant information to promote continuity of care

- Demonstrating competence in care of patients with complex problems

- Prioritizing care according to patient/family needs

- Consulting with appropriate resources in a timely fashion regarding patients with complex care issues

- Developing goals to promote professional growth and minimizing limitations

- Participating in development and achievement of unit goals and performance improvement activities

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program

- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

- One (1) year of nursing experience
