## Description

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is seeking an Overhead Analyst to support the management of Overheads by providing accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights.

The role is part of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and involves supporting long-term planning, leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), supporting landing, leading performance analysis, and generating insights on strategic market and regional levels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting annual planning, monthly reporting, forecasting, and O&R processes for Overheads

- Preparing variance analysis and insightful commentary

- Partnering with budget holders and business functions to understand Overhead movements

- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting

- Identifying potential gaps, risks, and opportunities

- Responding to collaborator queries and providing clear financial information

- Working with other markets, regional and global teams, and the Overhead GPO

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- Supporting internal and external audits

- Developing a strong understanding of the business and using financial data to generate insights

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- 4–6 years of proven experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis

- Solid knowledge of financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cost controlling

- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English, both written and spoken

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and data tools

- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is an advantage
