## Description

We are looking for a strategy leader to shape the future of our Customer Data Management business across the UK and Ireland.

The role involves defining and maintaining the UK and Ireland strategy for Customer Data Management, using customer, market, regulatory and competitor insight to inform strategic choices and investment priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the UK and Ireland strategy for Customer Data Management

- Use customer, market, regulatory and competitor insight to inform strategic choices and investment priorities

- Shape compelling customer propositions and ensure they are supported by clear positioning, packaging and commercial models

- Translate customer and market needs into strategic requirements for product, data, technology and operational teams

- Develop business cases for new and enhanced capabilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer outcomes

- Establish meaningful measures of customer value and proposition effectiveness

- Support Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing through clear value propositions, market insight, customer evidence and sector-specific narratives

Requirements:

- Significant experience in the management of consumer data

- Strong strategic and commercial judgement

- Experience working with customers

- A successful track record of leading cross-functional change in a matrixed organisation

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to combine quantitative evidence with customer and market insight

- The ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, commercially relevant language

- Curiosity about emerging customer needs, technology, regulation and competitive developments
