## Description

As a Manager, Europe Consolidation and Technical Reporting, you will be part of the finance team responsible for partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide financial insight. You will work closely with finance teams across Europe and North America to support European close and reporting activities.

This role involves contributing to key aspects of the European month-end close, tracking close progress, and reviewing and presenting consolidated European Balance Sheet Reporting. You will also review and/or prepare accounting assessments for complex accounting transactions, review new contracts and policies, and support FX-related accounting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification. They should have at least 6 years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a global or matrix environment, and working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Experience working with multiple stakeholders or supporting cross-functional projects is also essential.

As a member of the finance team, you will be expected to have excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities with limited guidance, and fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Passionate and enthusiastic team players are encouraged to apply.
