## Description

The Digital Presales Solution Architect role is part of the WW Presales – Solutions centers and Deal centers organization. You will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Digital Presales Solution Architect, you will provide support to sales teams by offering opportunity solution pricing as per expectations. You will handle end-to-end pricing solutions within the scope of the Solutions Center team and collaborate with sales/pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and Statements of Work (SoWs) for in-pursuit deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to sales teams for opportunity solution pricing

- Handling end-to-end pricing solutions for the Solutions Center team

- Interacting and collaborating with sales/pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and SoWs

- Contributing to the design of specific deliverables and assisting in the development of technical solutions

- Ensuring that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines

- Understanding a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements

- Identifying the technology solutions needed to fulfill customer business objectives

- Possessing a strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations and balance customer and HPE team needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A university degree, preferably a technical degree (Computer Science, IT Engineering, etc.)

- 2-5 years of professional experience in a technical field and/or presales

- Fluent written and verbal English skills

- Fluency in another foreign language (German, Polish, Hungarian) will be an advantage

- Fast learning of technology concepts and understanding the purpose of technologies

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong customer service mindset

- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

- Technical background (knowledge about servers, virtualization technologies, storage, and networking) is valued

- HPE pricing tools expertise is valued

- Presales experience is valued
