## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner - Tech to join our team. As a strategic talent lead, you will drive transformative people initiatives and the 2026 Tech Job Architecture roadmap. You will lead talent strategy for our AI and Machine Learning organization, driving impact across a scaled AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science organization.

Responsibilities:

- Consult with senior executives, HRBPs, and HR partner groups to drive business success by providing thought leadership and direction.

- Lead senior executives in translating business strategy into talent strategy, embedding a culture where associates are seen, heard, valued, and have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

- Develop innovative solutions, pushing for transformative work.

- Lead and participate in enterprise-wide HR project work, partnering with peers to create and share systemic solutions to HR challenges.

- Measure effectiveness of HR strategy and programs, leveraging data to craft insights.

- Oversee scaling of the Applied AI organization, managing growth for 800 current FTEs and 400 projected hires.

- Drive specialized talent management processes for unique AI-centric job families.

- Partner with leadership to operationalize the 2026 AI/ML framework, mapping talent to distinct LOB goals.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

- At least 9 years of client-facing experience, consulting experience, or a combination.

- At least 9 years of experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.

- MBA or Master’s Degree.

- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification.

- 11+ years of client-facing experience, consulting experience, or a combination.

- 11+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.

Salary:

- McLean, VA: $238,700 - $272,400 per year.

- Richmond, VA: $217,000 - $247,700 per year.
