## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commis de Rang to join our team at Restaurant Ikarus, located in the unique Hangar-7 building at Salzburg Airport.

As a Commis de Rang, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international guests, working alongside our experienced team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expert advice and support to our guests

- Delivering professional beverage and food service to our high standards

- Preparing daily mise en place to ensure seamless service

- Supporting our Demi Chef de Rangs and Chef de Rangs

- Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A completed culinary education

- Some relevant work experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A polished, confident, and friendly demeanour

- Ability to think and act independently

- Strong teamwork and flexibility

- Proficiency in both German and English
