## Description

We are seeking a specialist to join the NPI Automation Department as a Project Manager.

The NPI Automation Department implements new devices into production, developing testing systems and firmware for each product. The team ensures a high-quality mass production launch and prepares an engineering base for scaling.

Responsibilities:

- Full project management from approval of requirements for automatic testing/firmware/calibration of the device to implementation of all stages in mass production.

- Task setting and control, control of ordering boards/components and their assembly, inter-team interaction with device and pre-production teams for new device releases, with the technical department for scaling developed equipment.

- Conducting kick-offs and other activities, meeting notes, control of preparation of project documentation, instructions for working with test equipment, programs.

- Troubleshooting projects already launched into production.

- Assistance in people management and team building processes.

- Management of auxiliary projects needed to optimize/automate processes in the team, interaction between departments, optimization of pilot batch launches, and production modernization.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of commercial experience as a PM/leader in automation of production.

- Experience of successful release of several projects, including those related to hardware. The more diverse, the better.

- Proactivity, leadership, high self-organization.

- Ability to listen and hear others, clearly and briefly convey thoughts.

- Basic understanding of how electronic devices work and what they consist of.

- Experience in facilitating meetings aimed at finding optimal solutions in a group of diverse specialists.

- Ability to quickly resolve emerging issues, switch between tasks, and take responsibility for decision-making.

Nice to have:

- Experience working on hardware projects, IoT, and automation of production.

- General understanding of how electronic device production works.

- Understanding and adherence to the principles of Servant Leadership.
