## Description

We are seeking a Creative Illustrator to join our team.

About Groww: We are a group of people focused on making financial services accessible to every Indian through a multi-product platform.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create illustrations and visual assets for campaigns, social media, brand, events, and marketing.

- Turn ideas, information, and data into simple, engaging visuals.

- Create data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand.

- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and creative leads.

- Handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in illustration or visual design.

- Strong portfolio and good visual sense.

- Good understanding of composition, color, and typography.

- Strong understanding of data visualization and visual storytelling.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Figma is a plus.

- Good attention to detail and strong execution skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and within tight timelines.

- Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback.
