Be the backbone of recycling with Biffa as a Site Operative. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. Your core responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, assisting visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively, keeping the site clean and safe, preventing commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site, promoting recycling by maximizing waste segregation, and being part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community.
