## Description

As a SAP Finance IT Lead at 3M, you will collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world and provide technical expertise for key finance projects that require end-to-end finance process knowledge.

You will lead the local finance IT team, implement best practices, and provide technical guidance to support high-quality solution delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supervising the local Finance IT team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

- Leading and contributing to prioritized finance projects involving SAP FI/CO configuration, customization, and end-to-end solution delivery

- Monitoring and improving service delivery by ensuring SLA performance, resolving issues efficiently, and reducing high-priority ticket volumes

- Ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including SOX controls, reporting obligations, and completion of required global compliance training

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FI/CO solutions

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization, with a strong emphasis on FI and CO modules

- Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience supporting finance and controlling, accounting, treasury, or tax functions
