## Description

In this role based in Navi Mumbai, you will build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals by sharing clear, science-based information that helps improve patient care.

You will design and deliver a territory plan tailored to local needs and customer insights.

Working closely with colleagues from different teams, you will help solve challenges and improve access to healthcare.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.

- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and the needs of local patients.

- Share clear, accurate, and science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decisions.

- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of activities, outcomes, and customer feedback using company tools.

- Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to address customer needs and improve patient access to care.

- Continuously update your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to improve your performance.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales, medical business, or territory management roles.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or Hindi.

- Basic digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related roles.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific information to healthcare professionals.

- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.

- Ability to use customer insights and simple data to guide your priorities.

- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, or other local languages spoken in Navi Mumbai.

- A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
