## Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager of Dealer Recognition, Performance and Retention is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating programs designed to reward and recognize Honda and Acura dealers and sales consultants across the dealer network.

## Key Accountabilities

- Develop and execute holistic dealer recognition & retention strategy while collaborating with partner divisions and departments to achieve company goals and objectives

- Maintain an engaging and effective dealer recognition & retention program with an emphasis towards continuous improvement

- Coordinate with key stakeholders and execute activities and programs as planned

- Monitor and track effectiveness of recognition and retention initiatives through data analytics portals

- Communicate regularly with management, field organization, dealers, and sales consultants on program launch, tracking and progress

## Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

- B.A. or B.S. in business, statistical analytics, human resources, communications, or marketing

- 6-8 years professional experience in sales, human resources, data analytics or related areas

- Experience with recognition programs and/or employee engagement initiatives

- Experience with a variety of data analytics tools
